Yesterday I attended a carnatic music concert as a reporter for the online newspaper that I work for i.e http://www.themanipaljournal.com/ i realised the Indian classical music still appeals to todays youth which was amazing . On a day were people know about more about Colplay than M.S Subbalaxmi was pleasent surprise . Well no offence to Coldpaly as I love there music too but , there is a significance divide were people know more about Bollywood music than Indaian classical . It was kind of symbolic that even at the age of headbanging Indaian classical misic still finds its own special place .
So here is to today youth ...which signify that we are still connected to our roots.
